I don't see any overweight people in the pictures. Just healthy happy people. Raw may be worth a try.

Re: My Way: Disa Jean-Pierre

Going through so many changes at once can be tough, but at the same time can leave you feeling great! Sounds like you got it all under control. I have a great video on discipline on my blog from David Wolfe, who shares some tips for those who could use a little more discipline: http://healthyfoodrawdiet.com

Re: My Way: Disa Jean-Pierre

Thank you Akemi! I started keeping a gratitude journal a few months ago and would pull it out especially when I was faced with something unpleasant. It has been really powerful to watch how easily I can shift my vibration. Keep up the good work, it definitely pays off!

Re: My Way: Disa Jean-Pierre

Hi, I just found this website and love it!

I'm a new raw foodist. I woke up one morning last January and found myself vegetarian -- I just couldn't take meat any longer. Even before that, as a Asian, I never ate so much meat really, but this change came quite abruptly. Soon I found myself rejecting eggs and dairies, too, and have been eating increasingly raw. I just quit drinking coffee recently.

It's very encouraging to read stories of other raw foodies. Thank you, Disa. And thank you, Dhru, for delivering this article.

I think the reason why more and more people becoming raw / vegetarian is because of our increasing spirituality. We are living in an interesting and exciting time.

Love & Light,
Akemi

Re: My Way: Disa Jean-Pierre

As I was reading this piece, I was struck by how many positive adjectives you used to describe your day and your life!
