Thanks for your story! I'm a vegetarian and I've always had a sweet tooth so I think it isn't wrong to say I've been a 'bad' vegetarian... your success story is encouraging me to start the raw too!

Right on! No more apologies- i have only good connotations with "raw" and hpe others will embrace it too. And I love words too. i used to make lists of my favorite ones. . . like galoshes and cerulean and persimmons. Yes- join the twitter revolution.

Thanks for your heartening words Jenny - perhaps I should explore twittering. Nice to hear of someone else who likes the word 'RAW'. I feel it is time raw foodists fully embrace the word and stop making skirting apologies for using it. Nothing to apologise for!
