Your suggestions sound like they would work beautifully, especially since you can make "milks" out of seeds, too (Rawbin likes to use the leftover coconut she strains out of her "milk" to make other dishes). Hope your muffins turned out to your liking. Have fun in Cali :-)

Re: Do you know the muffin man?

We're sorry. Anyone know if that is true?

I freeze a lot of fruit myself, but if you are worried about what kind of change results in the freezing process, you can always use fresh berries. I just didn't have any fresh ones when I was craving them.

Re: Do you know the muffin man?

If you are careful not to get the dough too damp, you can just let them set in the refrigerator. The flax will absorb any excess moisture. They won't have that fresh from the "oven" warmth, but they'll still taste good.

Re: Do you know the muffin man?

YES!!! I've been waiting for this recipe ever since I saw the pictures on Rawdorable!! I don't have a dehydrator, though, so I'll have to experiment with my oven, or maybe just eat the batter straight up! yum! Great job. :D

Re: Do you know the muffin man?

Another big hit.
