NYC Chocolate Party Hosted by Vanessa Barg, Dec 12th, 2009
Yup, you're that much of an inspiration!
Great and calming thoughts. . . floor is perfect for sleeping on and the crown of my head faces east too. . . nice.
and incidentally, the segment in domino magazine called my green life (sarma was mentioned in one by a college friend) are always my favourite pieces- this fit right in.
see you in two days, xx
I am sure you worked hard to be where you are but you make it seem so effortless. I percieve such grace and poise in you. I think the nickname "Sherpa" is most apt for you.
In love and truth xo Dea
great piece, i m amazed that you can follow through day in and day out when most people loose connection in minutes! i wish my day could be like yours but lil kids need a ton of attention and women even more than that! however, i was told once by someone that if you love what you do and give it ur full then you are doing a lot more than anyone else around u.. so i tend to follow that! however, you are def. an inspiration in one way or another.... rock on!
I love that you send a message of gratitude each day, sending love to the world is so important and those little emails will have a domino effect to other people also.
I can't wait to read more Day In the Life profiles!
Thanks for posting this, it's really made my day :)
I meant to ask - do you use any kind of bedding to sleep on the floor, and what is the significance for sleeping with your head facing the east? I guess in the southern hemisphere it would be the opposite?

Looks like I've got to up my daily routine a bit (especially the part about turning off my cellphone while working). What a nasty habit that it. :)
Glad to hear you get to exercise and have fun!!!

Wow what a great post! Thanks so much for sharing!
Just curious - why and how do you dry brush and what kind of brush do you use? Where would I get it? What purpose does the coconut oil have afterwards...don't you feel sticky if you sweat?
Many thanks for your insight!
